Inspiration, creative practice

I was popular for my artworks of hydrangeas and other seasonal flowers. In my recent artworks I have created stylised images of Japanese and Western figures, using different colours and mediums. My intention is to depict the harmony not the conflict between different cultures. I see my artworks as bridging the gap between Japanese and Western cultures.
